The systems include mechanical frame, PC with plug in cards, windows based software, cabinets, sensor air cleaning system, encoder and cables.

All mechanical frames are carefully designed to minimize effect of temperature expansion coefficient. They are also treated to eliminate temperature induced mechanical stresses (bending and twisting of frame beams affects measurement accuracy).
