PanelProfiler: Automatic positioning of outer sensor pairs to match the actual width of panels. A special version of this system dynamically measures the width and the sideways position of each panel after the sander. This maximizes the life length of the sanding belts.

Another interesting application at sanders is a dual measurement system that integrates panel thickness data both before and after sander into one system PC.
All systems have protection equipment enabling trouble free installations also in very tough environmental conditions, like directly after presses and sanders.

All mechanical frames are carefully designed to minimize the effects of temperature expansion.They are also treated to eliminate temperature induced mechanical stresses (bending and twisting of frame beams affects measurement accuracy).
The systems are delivered complete including mechanical frame, PC with plug in cards, windows based software, cabinets, connection boxes, sensor air cleaning system, encoder and cables.
