Mounting bracket
Three point brackets for easy mechanical fine adjustment of the sensors. To PreciCura MR and LR there is a special bracket that allows mounting upside down. This is beneficial in product lines were the direction of the reflected laser light is critical. |
Calibration unit
Motorized rotating disc for exact calibration of thickness. |

Air knife
Level 1 in our cleaning and protection range. Mouth pieces for preassurized air to keep optical windows clear from dust and debris. Easy to install on the sensor. Snap-on connector for compressed air.

Air cooling box
Level 3 in our cleaning and protection range. This device protects the sensor from dust, steam and debris as well as temperature. The climate inside the box that encloses the sensor is controlled by the supplied air. To achieve the best result, a side channel blower with high volume and low pressure is recommended.
Blow unit
Level 2 in our cleaning and protection range. Snap-on hood that covers the optical windows on the sensor. Fan and filter provides an over pressure that keeps dust and steam out. |

CAN connection box
Connection box for CAN-bus interface. Allows the user to connect several sensors on the same bus.

Cables
We provide cables of two types. 5 lead cables for connector C1 and 8 lead cables for connector C2 and C3. The cables are available in 2, 5 and 10 m length and with straight or angled (90 °) M12 Lumberg connector. |
Stand
We have developed stable adjustable stands and frames for secure mounting of the sensors in your production line. The stands are specially design to minimize the effect from temperature changes. |

Big display
LIMAB offers a big display of LCD type, 5 digits, 100 mm height. The display has very high visibility at long distances and seen from the side. The display can be connected directly to the sensor via the HOST interface. |
