Product Development Manager,

In the position as Manager Product Development, you will be involved in developing and shaping our new product development department while also participating operationally in the development work. From the start, you will lead a competent development team that currently consists of 6 people, but in the long term the department will grow. Together, you will ensure that our future products are developed in line with market needs and technological advances.

Your tasks will include:

Build and develop a strong product development organization.
Responsible for strategic planning, budget and skills supply.
Lead the development of the measurement system of the future with a focus on innovation and quality.
Ensure that product development processes are complied with and improved.
Follow trends in non-contact measurement technology and contribute to the company’s product strategy.
Collaborate with other departments and external partners to drive development projects forward.
Operationally participate in the development work
