If you suspect violations of applicable laws, Code of Conduct, or of any other policies or business ethics, it is important for us to know so that we may investigate and take necessary action. Therefore, we have introduced a whistleblowing service. It is an important tool that allows us to foster high business ethics and to maintain customer and public confidence.
Our reporting channel is provided by an external partner – WhistleB, Whistleblowing Centre – to ensure anonymity, and all reports are processed in complete confidence. The reporting process is encrypted and password-protected and reporting is easy and secure. Simply follow the instructions on the form and submit. You should receive a response within 10 calendar days. Thanks to the use of a personal ID and password, you can be sure of complete anonymity throughout the process.
We allow no retaliation against a whistleblower.
