Our PanelProfiler system is a non-contact measurement system for in-line quality and process control for all types of panels, including MDF, plywood, OSB, particleboard, hardboard, and other engineered wood products. The system helps improve both the production process and quality control throughout the entire line.
The unique laser-based PanelProfiler measurement system is nearly maintenance-free. With no moving parts like contact rolls that wear and require expensive replacement and frequent cleaning, it provides a highly reliable solution with minimal upkeep. This results in low maintenance work and a low total cost of ownership.
The system is available in several versions, including single and multiple fixed-position measurement tracks, a traversing track, and width-adjustable outer tracks for varying product widths. It is also possible to install up to four measurement stations combined in one single system.
